| so my smoking issue on my TTZ (as of recent) out of the passenger side of my exhaust on deceleration (similar to what a N/A Z I test drove a few months ago was doing) has yielded (after a compression test) about 160-170psi on all cylinders except the passenger side rear cylinder...this being 110psi. I put about a teaspoon of oil down the spark plug hole and it tried it again and it shot up to about 150psi. Obviously I'm assuming it's the rings... the engine only has about 20k miles on the rebuild and has been properly tuned ever since, so I wouldn't think detonation would be an issue related to this. It's been to a roadcourse four times (with the boost controller ALWAYS off) and I otherwise don't drive it that hard. Time to put $$ away for a rebuild I guess, eh? **depression mode off****empty wallet to Specialty Z on** (I'll be calling you soon Greg!)
